delivery costs
Delivery is charged per item with alternative rates for UK and international. We may use a third party courier or delivery personally. Alternatively, you may make your own pickup arrangements providing they are mutually convenient. For further information, contact info@campbarbossa.com
delivery date
For items purchased from stock, we will endeavour to deliver within 21 days after funds have been cleared. For all other items, we will inform you of delivery date as soon as we can.
returns and refunds
In the case of an item arriving damaged please contact CampBarbossa within 24 hours. If possible a replacement will be issued upon return of damaged goods. However in some cases it may not be possible to supply a replacement, in which case a refund or exchange will be offered.
